The filter cartridge replacement
According to the different using conditions, the use time of filter element is also different. As a general rule, be replaced once a year.
1. Remove perforated hex bolt (4), remove the cover from the ontology.
2. Turn the filter by hand directly, removed and replaced.
Cooling fan filter component replacement
1. Electric cabinet side panels.
2. a month for a clean filter components.
3. Too dirty when also can be cleaned up immediately.
Winter matters needing attention
30 minutes earlier warm-up, the working environment should keep + 5 ℃ above, especially in the north it is important to note that the
working environment.
(1) the cold winter weather, the ball valve should be opened slowly, in order to prevent the high-speed airflow to freeze the pipeline.
(2) per shift production end emptying devices strictly according to the requirement of residual gas and moisture, prevent freezing.
(3) the gas supply pipe can refer to the following method to determine whether there is a jam:
Color machine working process, the air compressor is started again, pay attention to whether color separator inlet side pressure
gauge and air compressor of air pressure values are the same.If the value is lower than the air compressor pressure gauge,
namely that pipe is blocked (dirty plugging or ice wall), please clean up the pipeline and the filter core.
Humidity larger areas
(1) the south humidity is big, advising clients to install two water filter.
(2) the user according to the condition of the scene, drainage at least once every two hours, otherwise the water into the machines will shorten life.
(3) the gas path of each filter (including inside the machine), check the drainage condition in a timely manner, not replace filter on a
regular basis.
(4) careful maintenance to ensure that the machines work, also can effectively extend the service life of the machine.
Warning: the various parts of the machine for cleaning or change, please turn OFF the power supply through the open key, and then the host side air switch in the OFF position, for cleaning or change
